The staff members of St. Michael’s Command Center are responsible for analyzing and monitoring events that impact our church members and community either positively or negatively.

Our team members are known to be active listeners, giving full attention to the needs of others. The Command Center takes the time to understand the perspectives of others by asking questions, as appropriate, and being courteous throughout this process. Ministry members are proficient in time management, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning. These are qualities that have contributed to the smooth operation of St. Michael’s. The book of Ephesians 4:16 says, “From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” This is why the Command Center is dedicated to continuous development and growth to the Glory of God.

Our Lord reminds us in I Corinthians 14:40 that all things must be done properly and in an orderly manner. The command center of St. Michael’s Spiritual Church is committed to doing just this.

Content planning plays a vital part in developing strategic goals for any growing organization. At St. Michael’s, our team works cohesively to develop innovative and creative content. Our objective is to consistently develop the quality with which we serve in ministry.

This ministry takes care of organizational publications, such as newsletters and reports for both external or internal audiences. The department is also in charge of coordinating logistics for production, events and collaborations in other marketing activities.

The Lord tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected (good) end.” Content planning is of extreme importance at St. Michael’s, as it is an assurance that when we plan for God, He too plans for us!

The Evangelism Ministry is essential to the mission and vision of St. Michael’s Spiritual Church. This ministry is the active extension of the home church, which goes out into the world to proclaim the good news of the risen and soon coming King.

The ministry is responsible for the E-church digital platform, using social media and other digital means to evangelize the Gospel of Christ to the world. The digital platforms consist of regular Sunday service, bible study, Naz Life fellowship, youth programs and services to grow, support and sustain the spiritual development of members and affiliates, locally and internationally by being continually present.

“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:18-20

The Finance Management Ministry is a critical department of St. Michael’s because of its importance in helping us fund the Lord’s work. Therefore, we have in place essential guidelines for wise financial management.

This ministry is tasked with receiving and disbursing funds, establishing and enforcing financial policies and procedures, establishing a budget and financial reporting to the leadership team, ensuring proper stewardship.

Financing is required to sustain an effective ministry. We are reminded in the book of

Luke 14:28 – 30, “For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.”

The Production Crew Ministry is tasked with creating an atmosphere for worship, where all can focus on receiving from God and fellowship with each other.

Controlling the sound, slides and lighting, the Production Crew serves behind-the-scenes to create an atmosphere conducive to encountering God. In collaboration with the video, usher, music and other departments, they ensure an inviting and holistic worship experience.

Our production team exists to provide excellence and second-mile service to our church community through the cohesive relationships with all ministry partners locally and globally.  Our objective is to prepare, operate, maintain and support technological innovation.

The teams work together, often serving in different capacities simultaneously, to set the stage for ministry without distraction or hindrance.

I Chronicles 16:23 reminds us, “Sing unto the Lord, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation.” The Stage Crew serves by setting the space and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all who enter into our worship space, proclaiming the Glory of God.

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.” – Isaiah 61:1-3

In Mark 16:15, the scripture says, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Our Social Media Ministry works in accordance with this command by declaring Christ’s Glory among the nations preaching His marvelous deeds to all people.

The ministry provides opportunities for women to fulfill their call to their God given ministry of; discipleship, stewardship and servant leadership via networking, teaching, mentoring, workshops, conferences and mission work.

5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.  6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.  7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. – Matthew 28:5-7

The Youth Ministry is dedicated to the emotional, mental and spiritual growth of our youth, and partners with parents to develop the future leaders of our ministry.
